Evans Police Department

On July 26 at around 2:32 a.m., patrol stopped a vehicle on Cain Road for speeding. Patrol identified the driver as Dorian C. Mitchell, 28, of Buffalo. When patrol ran his license through ENTPortal, it was allegedly discovered to be suspended. Mitchell was placed under arrest and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone. Mitchell was transported to Evans Police Department for booking and his vehicle was impounded. Mitchell was later released with traffic tickets to a relative.

JAMESTOWN — On Aug. 2, troopers pulled over a vehicle on Route 430 for speeding. After allegedly failing several sobriety tests, Bannon Eimiller, 21, of Bemus Point, was placed under arrest and charged with DWI. Eimiller was transported to State Police Jamestown, where he provided a breath sample of .12. Eimiller was then processed, issued tickets and released. Eimiller is scheduled to appear in town of Ellicott Court later in the month.
