¯ On July 27 at about 8:15 a.m., officers received a trespassing complaint at an address on Lakeside Avenue. The victim stated that after several warnings not to come to her home, Laura A. Wojciechowski, 32, of Hamburg, allegedly attempted to climb through the windows to enter the victim’s home.

Wojciechowski, the victim’s son’s ex-girlfriend, refused to leave the property and began yelling and screaming, as she reportedly has in past incidences.

Wojciechowski was arrested and charged with trespass and the victim requested a complete stay away order of protection.

¯ On July 28 at roughly 11:15 a.m., a complainant was driving on Erie Road, when the individual observed a property fire taking place. The complainant took out sections of the fence to prevent the fire from spreading. Evans Center Fire responded and put the fire out.

The fire appeared to have started from a faulty electrical outlet on the fence.

The owner’s wife quickly responded and turned off the breaker to the electrical line on the fence. The Evans Center Fire Chief then made a referral to code enforcement.
