Man accused of knife threat
WESTFIELD — A Westfield man is accused of threatening another individual with a knife.
According to Westfield Police, on Friday around 5:20 p.m. Richard D. Young, 50, of Cottage Street was charged with second-degree menacing. It was alleged that Young did place another individual in reasonable fear of serious physical injury by displaying a knife. Young was taken into custody and and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
