¯ SOUTH DAYTON — Joshua Bowers, 30, of Gowanda was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and criminal possession of a weapon on Oct. 15.

Bowers was arrested after a complaint of a domestic dispute in progress, and allegedly he initially ran from responding deputies. It was later discovered Bowers had a bench warrant out of the town of Cheektowaga.

He was arraigned at Village of South Dayton Court and turned over to Cheektowaga Police.

¯ NEW ALBION — Jesse Fairbanks, 34, of Irving was arrested Oct. 19 on a bench warrant from the town of New Albion. He was arraigned at town of New Albion Court, remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail on $1,000 bail, and is due back in the New Albion court at a later date.

¯ NEW ALBION — Paul Shelburne, 26, of Brocton, was arrested Oct. 22 for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated (blood alcohol content over .18%), failure to maintain lane and open container inside motor vehicle after police responded to a one-car accident on Snyder Hill Road in the town of New Albion. He was processed, released on appearance tickets and will appear in town court at a later date.

¯ STEAMBURG — Amanda Sendall, 33, of Gerry was charged Oct. 27 with obstruction of governmental administration, false impersonation, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a narcotic with intent to sell.

Sendall was arrested after deputies investigated a complaint of a female sleeping in a vehicle at a gas station in Steamburg. The investigation allegedly led to the finding of methamphetamine, heroin and drug paraphernalia. Sendall was arraigned in Town of Cold Spring Court, released, and is due back in court at a later date.

¯ FARMERSVILLE — Farmersville residents Whitney Morgan, 26 and Christopher McGranor, 37, were each charged with endangering the welfare of a child Wednesday. An investigation had determined Morgan and McGranor committed the offense in September. They were given tickets to appear in town of Farmersville court at a later date.

CHARLOTTE — After an investigation into damaged property at a campground in the Town of Charlotte, Keith A. Blair, 38, of Jamestown was issued an appearance ticket for fourth-degree criminal mischief. Blair will appear in the Town of Charlotte Court at a later date.
