JAMESTOWN — A city woman has been charged with driving while intoxicated.

New York State Police in Jamestown reported Amanda Burnham, 37, was charged Saturday.

The Troopers pulled Burnham over on Interstate 86 after driving erratically and after failing several standard field sobriety tests, Burnham was placed under arrest.

Burnham was transported to Jamestown barracks where she provided a breath sample of 0.10. Burnham was then processed, issued tickets and released. Burnham is to be in the town of Ellicott Court next month.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff

LITTLE VALLEY — A Sherman man who was wanted in Warren County has been picked up by Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies.

James R. Wall, 38, of 8755 Sherman Findley Road was picked up on a fugitive of justice warrant for retail theft in Pennsylvania on Thursday, deputies announced Sunday. He will be back in court in Little Valley in January.

Chautauqua County Sheriff

RIPLEY — An altercation has led to charges against a town resident.

At 3:42 a.m. Wednesday, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies reported today they responded to a reported altercation. After further investigation, deputies determined that William Dunlap Jr. intentionally damaged property of another person.

Dunlap was taken into custody and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
