Lakewood-Busti Police Department

¯ On Jan. 21, Michael J. Lisciandro, 29, was arrested for alleged petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child less than 17 years old.

Lisciandro was allegedly caught stealing items from the Lakewood Wal-Mart. He had a five year old child with him at the time of the incident.

Lisciandro was released with an appearance ticket and is due to return to the town of Busti Court on a later date.

¯ PORTLAND — On Jan. 23, James W. Haskins, 40, of Forestville was issued an appearance ticket for third-degree grand larceny.

Following an investigation that occurred on Oct. 28, 2019, it was found that Haskins was hired to complete a roofing job in the Town of Portland. Haskins accepted a check for $3,500 but failed to complete any of the work and did not attempt reimbursement to the victims.

Haskins was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Portland Court at a later date and time.
