≤ PORTLAND — On Feb. 3, Shannon M. Jusko, 39, of Brocton was arrested for outstanding warrants for her arrest for felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child-passenger less than 16, two prior convictions within 10 years, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a warrant check at a residence in the Town of Portland. Jusko was located at the residence and was arrested and charged. Jusko was taken to Chautauqua County Jail and will answer her charges on a later date.
