BROCTON — On May 7, Richard T. Sendall, 36, of Gerry was arrested for alleged improper plates, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Dylan J. Pieszak, 26, of Fredonia was also arrested for alleged seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
At around 8:30 a.m. the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The operator of the vehicle identified himself as Sendall and the passenger identified himself as Pieszak. Through investigation, a search of the vehicle was conducted with the assistance of Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office K9 Drake. A quantity of methamphetamine and heroin was located. Pieszak and Sendall were charged and will answer the charges out of the Town of Portland Court. Further charges may be pending.
