¯ MAYVILLE — On April 28, Tony J Stebbins, 33 of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

Deputies allege Stebbins, an inmate at the Chautauqua County Jail, intentionally damaged a kiosk located in a cell block at the jail. He was charged by the Criminal Investigations Division of the Sheriff’s Office.

Stebbins was arraigned at the county jail, using Centralized Arraignment and held due to him being there on separate charges from another case.

≤ SHERIDAN — On May 6, Gretchen Gaudreau, 49, of Dunkirk was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18% or more, DWI, and speed in zone.

Sheriff’s Deputies observed a vehicle to be speeding on Route 20 in the Town of Sheridan. Deputies stopped the vehicle and identified the operator to be Gaudreau. Following an investigation into the incident, deputies arrested and charged Gaudreau. She will answer her charges in Sheridan Town Court.

≤ STOCKTON — On May 13, Timothy G. Press Jr., 32 was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny, and second-degree harassment.

Deputies were called to a location for a report of a physical altercation. Upon further investigation, deputies alleged that Press engaged in a physical confrontation with another while an order of protection was in place. Deputies said Press additionally stole and damaged property prior to leaving the scene. He was taken into custody and charged. Press is being held in the Chautauqua County Jail pending arraignment.
