Sherman man accused of sexual actions with juveniles

SHERMAN — A Sherman man is accused of sexual actions with underage individuals.

On May 5, an investigation about a suspicious situation was conducted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division. Upon the investigation, it was found that Trever J. Kneer, 20, of West Main Street allegedly engaged in inappropriate actions with two juvenile victims in the town of Sherman over the past two months.

Kneer was arrested Wednesday and charged with second-degree sexual abuse and three counts of forcible touching.

He was arraigned at the Centralized Arraignment Program and will appear in Town of Sherman Court at a later date and time.

¯ LITTLE VALLEY — On May 13, Benjamin W. Burroughs, 24, of South Dayton was charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

After deputies responded to a complaint, investigation revealed that Burroughs had allegedly taken a black 2020 Dodge Ram from a driveway. Burroughs drove the vehicle to Westfield, where Westfield police officers found Burroughs at a Dodge dealership.

He was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, where he was processed and issued an appearance ticket.

¯ LITTLE VALLEY — On May 18, Jordan S. Coulon, 25, of Gowanda was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Deputies were investigating complaints of a dispute when Coulon was arrested and charged. He was released with an appearance ticket and he is due back in court at a later date.
