WESTFIELD – On June 12, Matthew C. Chelton, 47 was arrested for alleged second-degree aggravated harassment.

At about 5 p.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies along with the Westfield Police Department responded to an address on East Main Road in the Town of Westfield for a report of an unwanted person. Upon investigation it is alleged that the suspect who was identified as Chelton had made threats of harm to another individual. Chelton was arrested and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail pending centralized arraignment.
