¯ On June 3, Andrew T. Seelbinder, 32 was charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument.

¯ On June 22, Juan Rivera, 31, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and inadequate muffler.

¯ On June 23, Devon L. Wilson, 26, of Dunkirk was charged with first-degree robbery, two counts of second-degree assault and second-degree menacing.

¯ On June 23, Emanuel Pagan Rodriguez, 19, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and noise ordinace.

¯ On June 24, Conrad Thomas, 34, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, DWI, insufficient tail lights, inadequate headlights, fail to comply, no insurance, unregistered motor vehicle, no plates, moving from lane unsafely, two counts of failure to stop at a stop sign and no helmet.

¯ On June 24, Miguel A. Delvalle, 46, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, uninspected motor vehicle, no insurance, no plates displayed and unregistered motor vehicle.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF

Lorraine C. Thorp, 60, of Fredonia, was charged with petit larceny at 7:08 p.m. Sunday. Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a business on Bennett Road in Dunkirk for a reported larceny. Through a brief investigation patrols found Thorp, who allegedly stole property from the business. Thorp will be in Dunkirk Town Court later.

CHAUTAUQUA –A Forestville man has been charged with not registering as a sex offender.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department received a report that Michael A Partyka, 60, was using a Facebook account to communicate with another individual. Michael Partkya is a level 3 registered sex offender and is required to report all social media.

Upon review, Partyka did not report the utilized Facebook account to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office or the state Sex Offender Registry. He was charged with Correction Law 168-T, failure to register.

He was issued an appearance ticket and is to report to the Town of Chautauqua Court on a later date.
