¯ SILVER CREEK — Robert J. Daege, 35, of Youngstown, N.Y., was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI and refusal to take a breath test.

Deputies responded June 27 at 7:42 p.m. to a vehicle complaint in the village of Silver Creek. The driver was identified as Daege. He is scheduled to appear in Silver Creek Village Court later.

¯ KIANTONE — Steven M. Becker, 26, of Jamestown, was charged with unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment. Deputies responded July 1 to an address in the town of Kiantone for a reported altercation between Becker and another person. An investigation found that Becker allegedly struck another person in the face, causing them to fall to the ground. Becker then physically restrained the individual in the house not allowing them to leave. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ HANOVER — Leslie Logan, 56, of Irving, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and moving from lane unsafely.

Deputies observed a traffic violation Saturday at 11:31 p.m. in the town of Hanover. Logan was taken into custody following an investigation. Logan is scheduled to answer the charges later in Hanover Town Court.

Dunkirk Police Department

¯ On June 26, Joshua A. Powell, of Mayville was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and threw/disposed of refuse.

¯ On June 27, Jose L. Torres-Rodriguez, 50, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On June 28, Ethan J. McHale, 21, of Gowanda was charged with criminal personation.

¯ On June 28, Timothy Brown, 40, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree criminal contempt.

¯ On June 28, Justin M. Fred, 37, of Dunkirk was charged with obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

¯ On June 29, Layna R. Jimerson, 31, of South Dayton was charged with false personation.

¯ On June 30, Eric J. Jones, 34, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

¯ On June 30, Lester Devaughn, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass.

¯ On July 3, David Texidore, 26, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On July 3, Andrew Seelbinder, 33 was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On July 5, Emanuel Pagan-Rodrigues, 19, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speed in zone, no inspection, improper plated and unregistered motor vehicle.

¯ On July 5, Noel Rosas, 46, of Dunkirk was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and no lights on bicycle.

Fredonia Police Department

¯ On June 25, William Eppinger, 42, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On June 26, Jafray Brown, 23, of Fredonia was charged with third-degree robbery, criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. On June 27 Brown was further charged with unlawful imprisonment, petit larceny and harassment.

¯ On June 27, Dustin Martin 30, of Fredonia was charged with acting in manner injuring a child

less than 17 years of age.

¯ On July 2, Stephanie Porter, 42, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On July 3, Rocco Delmonte, 40, of Fredonia was charged with DWI.

¯ On July 3, Anehundy Diazocorrea, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On July 4, Kevin Saletta, 61, of Fredonia was charged with second-degree menacing and acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17 years of age.

¯ On July 4, Ruben Rosas Jr, 32, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.
