YORKSHIRE – On July 15, State Police in Machias arrested Ronald J. Kehr, 33, of Collins on charged of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and second-degree criminal impersonation.

During a traffic stop in the Yorkshire Plaza parking lot in the town of Yorkshire, Kehr was allegedly in possession of heroin. He was arrested and released with appearance tickets for Yorkshire Town Court, where he is due to appear in August.

OLEAN — On July 17, Sara L. Seeley, 31, of South Dayton was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree welfare fraud.

He arrest was the result of an investigation from a complaint filed back in 2017. The charges were the result of her receiving $1,395 in food stamps but allegedly not reporting household composition changes to her food stamp account.

Seeley was taken into custody without incident and was released with an appearance ticket. She is due in the city of Olean Court in September.

¯ On July 10, Stacey Cole, 38, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On July 10, Cassandra Olson, 32, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny.

¯ On July 11, Melyssa Jewell, 35, of Silver Creek was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On July 11, Holly Paluch, 32, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On July 12, Samuel Lobley, 37, of Dunkirk was charged with trespassing.

¯ On July 12, Dylan Pieszak, 25, of Dunkirk was charged with trespassing.

¯ On July 14, Edward Chmielewski, 32, of Perrysburg was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On July 15, Hiliario Maldonado-Waskiewicz, 28, of Olean was charged with criminal contempt and trespassing.

¯ On July 16, Cherish Pope, 25, of Forestville was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On July 17, Lucas Trautman, 25, of Fredonia was picked up on warrants out of Dunkirk but was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On July 17, Angel Rosenblatt, 26, of Angola was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On July 17, David Brunecz, 53, of Westfield was charged with DWI.

¯ On July 17, Sean Ross, 52, of Fredonia was charged with endangering, reckless endangerment and second-degree menacing.

¯ On July 18, Jenna Matney, 39, of Fredonia was picked up on an arrest warrant as well as being charged with trespassing.

¯ On July 18, Jennifer Sheffield, 30, of Fredonia was charged with petit larceny.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office

COLDSPRING – On July 18, Thomas R. Calkins, 51 and Marshall D. Jacobs, 34, both of Steamburg were arrested for second-degree criminal contempt.

They were both found to have violated orders of protections in regards to the same incident. They were processed and released on an appearance ticket and are due back in the town of Coldspring Court at a later date.

OLEAN – On July 21, Desirea M. Lovell, 31, of Franklinville was arrested for alleged fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree welfare fraud.

The investigation is from a complaint filed in 2017. The charges were the result of the suspect fraudulently receiving almost $2,000 in food stamps by concealing and failing to report income. The suspect was taken into custody without incident and was released with an appearance ticket. She is due in the city of Olean court in September.
