¯ HARMONY — Eli Y. Miller, 27, of Panama, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and second-degree criminal nuisance. Deputies were called to Goshen Road in the town of Harmony on Saturday for a report of a large party. An investigation found that Miller reportedly hosted a party involving several hundred people including many under the age of 21. Miller is scheduled to appear in Harmony Town Court later.

¯ WESTFIELD — Matthew J. Houle, 28, of Westfield, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. Deputies and Westfield police responded at 4:30 p.m. on July 23 to a location in Westfield. An investigation found that Houle was allegedly in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine, a hypodermic instrument and drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in Westfield Town Court later.

¯ FRENCH CREEK — Lashana L. Henderson, 28, of Huntsville, Ala., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded at 10:40 p.m. on Sunday to Cantebury Drive in the town of French Creek for a reported fight between two women. It was leanred that Henderson allegedly damaged a vehicle. She is scheduled to appear in French Creek Town Court later.

¯ STOCKTON — Carl J. Silsby, 30, of Stockton, was charged with third-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. The Chautauqua County Criminal Investigation Division conducted an investigation into an incident that occurred in the town of Stockton. Silsby is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court later.

¯ GERRY — James Spitale, 43, of Gerry, was charged with second-degree menacing. Troopers and deputies responded July 18 to a Gerry residence for a reported disturbance. An investigation found that Spitale allegedly pointed a loaded crossbow at the victim and threatened to shoot her. Spitale was taken into custody and transported to Chautauqua County Jail.

¯ James Morris, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Morris drove to police barracks in Jamestown on July 19 to report damage to his vehicle from a previous incident. During the interview, troopers observed Morris to be impaired. He reported failed several field sobriety tests and was released with tickets to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ SHERIDAN — Jason Dolce, 35, of Forestville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Deputies stopped Dolce on July 22 on Route 39 and Center Road in Sheridan for traffic violation. Dolce was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests. He later provided a breath sample of 0.18%, and a check found that his license was revoked. Dolce is scheduled to appear in Sheridan Town Court later.

¯ BEMUS POINT — Scott Pratt, 52, of Bemus Point, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment. Troopers responded to a residence in Bemus Point on July 22 for a reported domestic dispute. An investigation found that Pratt allegedly pushed another person, grabbed her by the throat and pushed her into cabinets, causing a minor injury. Pratt was located at a different residence and later transported to Chautauqua County Jail.

¯ CLYMER – Corey Weigle, 25, of Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance by ultimate users original container. Shane Taubert, 25, of Corry, Pa., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Troopers stopped Weigle on July 23 for a traffic violation on Route 426 in Clymer. Weigle was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests and also found to be in possession of oxycodone pills and a grinder containing oxycodone residue. Taubert was found to be in possession of a bag containing methamphetamine. Both were eventually released with tickets to appear in French Creek Town Court later.

¯ Christopher Weilacher, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree unlicensed operation. Troopers stopped Weilacher on Friday for a traffic violation on Route 430 in Jamestown. He was taken into custody after failing several field sobriety tests and allegedly found with a glass pipe containing methamphetamine residence. His license was also found to be suspended. Weilacher was released with tickets to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
