CLYMER — On July 26, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Dustin Sitterley, 30, of Clymer, for second-degree harassment.

The Troopers responded to a residence in Clymer for a report of a disorderly subject. Investigation revealed that Sitterley struck the victim with a coat hanger then punched her in the face. Sutterley was placed under arrest and issued an appearance ticket. Sitterley is scheduled to appear in the town of Clymer Court on a later date to answer the charge.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office

RANDOLPH — On July 28, Bonnie S. Slater, 59 was arrested on a violation of probation warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County court.

Slated was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail and held with no bail. She is due back in court at a later date.

LITTLE VALLEY — On July 27, John M. Miller, 42, was arrested for alleged seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and many other traffic tickets.

After a search of the vehicle, a quantity of illegal neurotic was located. Miller was charged and released on an appearance ticket and is due back in court at a later date.

ALLEGANY — On July 27, Trebor A. Mcdonald, 21, was arrested for allegedly violating his probation warrant. He was brought directly to the Cattaraugus County Jail.

PERRYSBURG — On July 25, Jayme I. Frontuto, 25, and Bianca L. Emondtfauel, 27, both of Buffalo, were arrested. Frontuto was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, second-degree criminal impersonation, and resisting arrest. Emondtfauel was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree criminal impersonation.

After investigating complaints of a suspicious vehicle, deputies arrested Frontuto and Emondtfauel. Frontuto was arraigned and held without bail and is due back to Cattaraugus County Court for further proceedings. Emondtfauel was processed and released with appearance tickets and is due back in Perrysburg town court for further proceedings.
