¯ RIPLEY — Molly A. Bidwell, 73, of Ripley, and Charles M. Finn, 49, of Ripley, were charged with third-degree falsely reporting an incident. Deputies responded Saturday to North State Street in the town of Ripley for a complaint. Bidwell and Finn both allegedly reported an incident that did not occur. Both were issued tickets to appear in Ripley Town Court later.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Lisa M. Faison, 47, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI-Leandra’s Law, unlicensed operation, failure to stop at a stop sign, speed in zone and endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies stopped a vehicle at midnight on Wednesday in Silver Creek for a traffic violation. Faison was identified as the driver, who had an 8-year-old child in the vehicle. Faison was processed on the charges.
