Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department

SILVER CREEK — A Versailles man, who allegedly entered a business, became loud and unruly while causing damages, has been charged by Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies.

Around 2:30 p.m. Saturday, deputies were dispatched to Central Avenue in the village for an unwanted subject refusing requests to leave the property by employees. Upon arrival deputies located the subject and identified him as Wyatt W. Schoenle, 47.

Through an investigation it was determined that Wyatt had been observed by employees damaging property that belonged to the business. When confronted by employees about damaging the property Wyatt became irate, screaming and using profanity inside the store and did damage additional property.

Wyatt was subsequently charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Wyatt was released with an appearance ticket and is to answer to the charges in Silver Creek Court.
