¯ On Sept. 20, Nathan S. Hull, 32, of Conneaut, Ohio was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, switched plates and no insurance.

¯ On Sept. 20, Brandon A. Deblasi, 25, of Dunkirk was charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree possession of stolen property and petit larceny.
