¯ On Sept. 29, Jason Quinones, 35, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny.

¯ On Sept. 29, Cole Sutton, 21, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession controlled substance.

¯ On Oct. 4, Jennifer Texidor, 36, of York, Pa. was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and inadequate headlights.

¯ On Oct. 5, Abimael Muniz-Gonzalez, 38, of Dunkirk was charged with unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, failure to comply, improper signal, failure to stop at a stop sign, no helmet and unlawful operation of an ATV on a highway.

¯ On Oct. 6, Wilson Bonilla, 31, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI, DWI with .08 of 1% or higher, movement from lane unsafely and operated on a suspended or revoked registration.

¯ On Oct. 7, Casey P. Crane, 27, of Dunkirk was charged with resisting arrest.
