CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ POLAND — Thomas F. Shelters, 57, of Poland, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment.
Deputies responded at 8:09 p.m. Oct. 6 to an address in the town of Poland for a prior altercation. An investigation found that Shelters allegedly obstructed the breathing of another person. A warrant was issued, and Shelters was taken into custody Monday. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned.
¯ HARMONY — Timothy C. Reed, 43, of Harmony, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, inadequate/no tail lamp and unregistered trailer. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 9:17 p.m. Tuesday in the town of Harmony for a traffic violation. Reed was taken into custody following an investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Harmony Town Court later.
¯ SILVER CREEK — Dwayne M. Pachulski, 44, of Silver Creek, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, failure to stop at a stop sign and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 1 a.m. Oct. 6 in the village of Silver Creek for a traffic violation. An investigation found that Pachulski was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He was released with tickets to appear in court later.
¯ ASHVILLE — Jessica L. McAdoo, 27, of Jamestown, was charged with criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument. Deputies were called at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday to an address on Route 474 in Ashville for a well-being check. An investigation allegedly found that McAdoo was in possession of a hypodermic instrument. She was issued a ticket to appear in North Harmony Town Court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
¯ JAMESTOWN — Michelle Harrison, 39, of Jamestown, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Troopers stopped Harrison Wednesday for allegedly driving on the wrong side of the road and nearly causing a crash on Martin Road in Jamestown. She was transported to police barracks where she reportedly refused to provide a breath sample. A check of Harrison’s driving record revealed that her driving privileges in New York were currently suspended. She was processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail.
¯ RANDOLPH — Matthew Taylor, 36, of Randolph, was charged with third-degree assault. Troopers responded Wednesday to a residence in Randolph for a reported domestic incident. An investigation found that Taylor allegedly struck another person during an argument. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Taylor was processed at police barracks and released, in addition to being issued a stay-away order from the victim.
¯ KENNEDY — Sherriald Surrena III, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Surrena was stopped Thursday on Route 394 in Kennedy for a traffic violation and was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests. Surrena is scheduled to appear in Poland Town Court later.
