NEW YORK STATE POLICE

POLAND — On Oct. 25, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Sabrina Haskins, 31, of Jamestown, for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Haskins was pulled over on Route 394 in Poland for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, Haskins was found to be in possession of a bag containing heroin. Haskins was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed. Haskins was then issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Poland Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

On Oct. 28, Richard D. Young, 51 was arrested for alleged fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

An investigation into a domestic dispute that occurred at his residence led to the charges. The investigation revealed that Young had allegedly damaged property inside the residence that belonged to a female living at the same address. Young also allegedly threatened to harm the same female. An arrest warrant was obtained and Young was arrested and taken to the Central Arraignment Processing in Mayville. Young will appear in Westfield Village Court at a later date.

FREDONIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ On Oct. 9, Dustin Martin, 31, of Fredonia was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal contempt, second-degree burglary and petit larceny.

¯ On Oct. 9, Heidi John, 41, of Perrysburg was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On Oct. 9, Justin Schreier, 25, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree burglary, petit larceny, first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.

¯ On Oct. 10, Ernest Lasowski, 32, of Elma was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On Oct. 11, Darien Booker, 19, of Fredonia was charged with second-degree harassment.

¯ On Oct. 12, Shawn Hallmark, 37, of Fredonia was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, possession of burglar tools and second-degree burglary. On Oct. 15 he was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree harassment, petit larceny, possession of burglar tools and burglary.

¯ On Oct. 13, Kevin Richmond, 50, of Fredonia was charged with harassment.

¯ On Oct. 15, Marcus Reed, 31, of Ripley was charged with second-degree harassment and criminal mischief.

¯ On Oct. 15, Wayne Barber, 56, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On Oct. 15, Nicholas Hayes, 18, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On Oct. 16, John Tenamore, 39, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On Oct. 17, Caitlyn Goulette, 25, of Erie Pa. was charged with DWI first offence, operation of a motor vehicle with .08% or higher and failure to obey traffic control device.

¯ On Oct. 19, Dakota Wilson, 22, of Fredonia was charged with criminal contempt and harassment.

¯ On Oct. 20, Vanessa Braun, 39, of Jamestown was charged with harassment.

¯ On Oct. 21, Sarah Leon, 29, was charged with second-degree harassment and criminal contempt.

¯ On Oct. 21, Jeremiah Lopez, 25, of Fredonia was charged with harassment.

¯ On Oct. 22, John Yorke, 60, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI first offence, operation of a motor vehicle with .08% or higher and leaving the scene of property damage.

¯ On Oct. 24, Samantha Bowman, 45, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ On Oct. 17, Darrly J. Bray, of Dunkirk was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third-degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth-degree, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh-degree and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

¯ On Oct. 17, Lynn M. Damico, 42, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.

¯ On Oct. 18, Sergio Bautista, 22, of Brocton was charged with DWI, operation of a motor vehicle with .08% of more and inadequate stop lamp.

¯ On Oct. 17, Bailey Martinez Jr., 40, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

¯ On Oct. 18, Gregory S. Russell, 55, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, improper plates, uninsured motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle.

¯ On Oct. 20, Krystalyn A. Lebarron, 25, of Silver Creek was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no distinctive plate.

¯ On Oct. 20, Andrew A. Fisher, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with first-degree sexual abuse.

¯ On Oct. 21, Tara Bess Kleckley, 49, of Fredonia was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to signal less than 100 feet.

¯ On Oct. 21, Timothy P. Kulig, 32, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On Oct. 21, Angel Ramos, of Dunkirk was charged with torture/injure of animals.

¯ On Oct. 22, Torry R. Kenny, 27, of Mayville was charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and petit larceny.
