¯ On Oct. 24, Bryan Rivera Cruz, 23, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful operation of an ATV on highway, unregistered ATV, uninsured ATV and no helmet.

¯ On Oct. 26, Jose Caraballo, 53, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to dim headlights.

¯ On Oct. 27, David P. Taber, 53, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal use of crug paraphernalia.

¯ On Oct. 28, Brandon L. Vangiesen, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and insufficient signal.

¯ On Oct. 29, Emmanuel Acevedo-Rodriguez, 32, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and disobeying a sign.

¯ On Oct. 30, Tony L. Stewart, of Dunkirk was charged with backing unsafely, operation of a vehicle without an interlock device, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle/mandatory suspension and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On Oct. 31, Edward Tirado, 39, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation without insurance, failure to display number plate, improper plates, illegal front windshield, unregistered motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle, insufficient tail light and unlicensed operator.

¯ On Oct. 31, Gary Ortolano, 58, of Fredonia was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.

¯ On Nov. 1, Santos M. Almestica, 30, of Dunkirk was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
