Dunkirk Police Department

¯ On Nov. 27, Angel C. Rios, 18, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree obstruction government administration, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to keep right, moved from lane unsafely, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle and alcohol in motor vehicle.

¯ On Dec. 1, Anthony R. Anderson, 39, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt.

¯ On Dec. 2, Miguel A. Delvalle, 47, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, improper plates, uninspected motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and unlicensed operator.

Westfield Police Department

¯ On Nov. 25 at approximately 12:30 p.m. Westfield Police were called to the 7-11 store on East Main Street in the village of Westfield for report of shoplifting. A description of a female suspect was given. Police later located the female and identified her as Caitlyn Reardon, 19, of Westfield. When questioned she admitted to taking the items. A male subject identified as Torry Kenny, 27, of Mayville was allegedly carrying items taken from the Dollar Tree on East Main Street in Westfield, it was also discovered he allegedly had marijuana with him. Reardon was charged with two counts of petit larceny and Kenny was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and unlawful possession of marijuana. Both will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

¯ On Dec. 4 at around 3 a.m. Westfield Village Police observed a vehicle committing a traffic infraction on Route 20 in the town of Westfield. Upon further investigation it was found that the operator, identified as Karina M. Tirado-Lorenzana, 26, of Dunkirk didn’t possess a NYS driver’s license. The vehicle also did not present a valid registration. Tirado-Lorenzana was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle while registration was suspended or revoked and inadequate lights. Tirado-Lorenzana was released and will appear in Town of Westfield Court on a later date.
