¯ On Dec. 6, Nestor Rodriguez Rivera, 34, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI w .08 or more, DWI with .18 or more, refusal to take a breath test, alcohol in motor vehicle and inadequate stop lamp.

¯ On Dec. 6, Juan A. Ortiz, 37, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing.

¯ On Dec. 6, Virgilio DeLeon Garcia, 44, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI, DWI with .08 or higher, unlicensed operator, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and insufficient tail lamp.

¯ On Dec. 8, Anthony A. Bomasuto, of Dunkirk was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, suspended or revoked registration, no lights and improper plates.

Arroyo-Agosto, 40, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, failure to dim headlights, no left side mirror and unlicensed operator.
