¯ BROCTON — Reynaldo Davila Delhoyo, 36, of Brocton, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies responded at 1:19 a.m. Thursday to West Main Street in Brocton for a reported altercation. It was alleged that Delhoyo destroyed property in front of three children under the age of 17. Delhoyo was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ MAYVILLE — Kathryn M. Burnett, 36, of Sherman, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and cracked/inadequate windshield. Deputies stopped a vehicle around 3:30 a.m. Dec. 6 for a violation in Mayville. An investigation found that Burnett was allegedly in possession of drug paraphernalia and a quantity of methamphetamine. She was released with tickets to appear in Chautauqua Town Court later.

¯ HANOVER — Wesley E. Springer, 34, of Aliso Viejo, Calif., was taken into custody Wednesday following a warrant check at a Route 39 residence in the town of Hanover. Wesley was wanted out of California on a full country-wide extradition warrant. Springer was transported to Chautauqua County Jail and is awaiting the extradition process.
