CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

— SHERIDAN – Jeni R. Kreger, 25, of Sheridan, was taken into custody following a warrant check Thursday at a Route 20 residence in the town of Sheridan. Kreger, who was located at the residence, was wanted out of Dunkirk for driving while intoxicated per se. She was transported to the Dunkirk Police Department and is scheduled to answer the charge later.

— BROCTON – Marqus S. Singh, 29, of Cassadaga, was taken into custody following a warrant check Thursday on Main Street in the village of Brocton. Singh was wanted on warrants in Pomfret, town of Dunkirk and city of Dunkirk for first-degree forgery, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail and is scheduled to answered the charges later.

— KENNEDY – Wallace Ryder III, 43, of Kennedy, was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies on Wednesday received a report of an alleged assault in the town of Poland. An investigation found that Ryder allegedly assaulted another person causing a laceration to their scalp. The incident reportedly took place in front of multiple children at the residence. Ryder was located a short time later and transported to Chautauqua County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in Poland Town Court later.

— WESTFIELD – Patrick N. Bradley, 50, of Milan, Illinois, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Deputies stopped a suspicious vehicle Tuesday in the town of Westfield. Deputies located the vehicle a short time later and found that Bradley was allegedly under the influence of drugs. He is scheduled to answer the charge in Westfield Village Court later.

— DUNKIRK – Emilee R. Hanlon of Silver Creek, 20, of Silver Creek, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, speed in zone and failure to keep right. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 11:15 p.m. Friday on Route 60 in the town of Dunkirk for an observed infraction. Hanlon was taken into custody following an investigation. She is scheduled to appear in Dunkirk Town Court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

— RANDOLPH – Tyler Sterling-Ebert, 29, of Townville, Pa., was taken into custody Wednesday. Sterling-Ebert was stopped on Interstate 86 in Randolph for speeding, and during an investigation it was found that he was wanted on a parole violation in Pennsylvania. Sterling-Ebert was processed and later transported to Cattaraugus County Jail, pending extradition.
