Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office

¯ CELORON — Dale Linkous, 22, of Celoron, was taken into custody following a warrant check on Waverly Avenue in Celoron. Linkous was wanted by parole for a previous charge of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was located and turned over to parole.

¯ PORTLAND — Joshua D Butcher, 21, of Brocton, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Deputies responded at 5:41 p.m. Monday to Central Avenue in Portland for a reported altercation. It was found that Butcher was allegedly in violation of an order of protection. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

Dunkirk Police Department

¯ On Dec. 22, Christian Padilla-Rivera, 30 of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, Second-degree burglary and petit larceny.

¯ On Dec. 23, Pedro A. Corraliza Jr., 27, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree assault.

¯ On Dec. 24, Edwin C. Wilson, 43, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On Dec. 25, Pascual M. Lugo, 44, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI, DWI with .08 or higher, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, insufficient head lamps, insufficient tail lamps, failure to comply, failed to use designated lane and driver’s view obstructed.

¯ On Dec. 27, Raymond Santiago Rodriguez, 47, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed oeration of a motor vehicle, improper plates, unregistered motor vehicle and operating without insurance.

¯ On Dec. 28, Sheltear L. Brown, 30, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

¯ On Dec. 29, Astrid Amaro, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On Dec. 29, Miliel Matos-Carrasquillo, 32, of Dunkirk was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.

¯ On Dec. 29, Christina A. Marrero, 31, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no distinctive plate, improper plates, no insurance, unregistered motor vehicle, insufficient turn signal less than 100 feet, unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle, inadequate muffler and failure to stop at a stop sign.

¯ On Dec. 30, Timothy T. Brown, 40, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree menacing.

¯ On Dec. 31, Andrew Seelbinder, 33, of Dunkirk was charged with resisting arrest.
