¯ HANOVER — Pablo A. Cruz, 21, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to keep right. Deputies responded at 1:36 a.m. Sunday to the intersection of Route 39 and Hanover Road in the town of Hanover for a vehicle into the guard rail. An investigation later found that Cruz was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.

¯ RANDOLPH — Bradley Cunningham, 25, of Salamanca, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Troopers responded Tuesday to a Randolph residence for a reported domestic dispute. An investigation found that Cunningham allegedly arrived uninvited, prevented another person from calling 911 and bruised the victim during an altercation. Cunningham also allegedly pushed the victim while she was holding a young child refused to allow her to leave the residence for several hours. He is scheduled to appear in Randolph Town Court later.
