On Jan. 29, Heather Payne, 29 of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree burglary.

On Jan. 30, Timothy Schrader, 34, of Brocton was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

On Feb. 1, Justin Schreier, 26, of Westfield was arrested on a warrant with second-degree burglary, second-degree menacing, petit larceny, criminal contempt, third-degree assault, burglary, criminal mischief and aggravated criminal contempt.
