¯ On Feb. 13, Mark Swihart, 20, of Fredonia was charged with second-degree menacing.

¯ On Feb. 14, Vanessa Jimenez, 53, of Fredonia was charged with second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon.

¯ On Feb. 15, Monica Hyland, 42, of Dunkirk was charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and petit larceny.

¯ On Feb. 17 Beverly Mosier, 62, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On Feb. 20, Alec Brown, 29, of Silver Creek was charged with disorderly conduct.

¯ On Feb. 20, John Quinones, 24, of Dunkirk was charged with disorderly conduct.

¯ On Feb. 22, Joshua Hiemerl, 24, of Dunkirk was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On Feb. 22, Tayler Austin, 18, of Fredonia was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On Feb. 22, Joseph Culmo, 33, of Fredonia was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance as well arrested on two warrants for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a bench warrant for the same offense.

¯ On Feb. 23, Luis Irizarry, 34, of Fredonia was charged with criminal mischief and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

¯ On Feb. 24, Robert Lozada, 47, of Dunkirk was arrested on two warrants with one count of petit larceny for each.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Letizia M. Grasso, 56, of West Seneca was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and improper turn without signals. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 8:53 p.m. Tuesday in Silver Creek for an alleged traffic violation. An investigation found that Grasso was allegedly operating the vehicle while impaired. She is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.

¯ Xavier F. Negron-Garcia, 30, of Dunkirk was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, disobey traffic control device, passed red signal and speed in zone. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 1:56 a.m. Feb. 28 in the town of Dunkirk for an alleged traffic violation. An investigation found that Negron-Garcia was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Dunkirk Town Court later.

¯ CHAUTAUQUA — Erin L. Schuster, 43, of Westfield was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a BAC of 0.18% or higher, failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 11:54 p.m. Feb. 26 in the town of Chautauqua for an alleged traffic violation. An investigation found that Schuster was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Schuster is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court later.

¯ STOCKTON — Justin D. Wilcox, 34, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a BAC of 0.18% or higher and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies located a vehicle off the road at 10 p.m. Feb. 24 in the town of Stockton. The occupants were located and found to be uninjured. An investigation found that the driver was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Wilcox is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court later.

¯ PORTLAND — An 18-year-old Buffalo man was charged with second-degree disseminating indecent material to minors, second-degree aggravated harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Sheriff’s Office started an investigation into the report of a male subject harassing and sending indecent material to a juvenile victim. Through an extensive investigation, an 18-year-old male was located and found to be responsible for the conduct. The teen is scheduled to appear in Portland Town Court later.
