¯ On Feb. 27, Christian Ayala Gonzalez, 33, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI, DWI with .08 or more, failure to stop at a stop sign, unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance and improper plates.

¯ On Feb. 27, Nylix J. Thomas, 20, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree obstruction of government administration and failure to stop at a stop sign.

¯ On Feb. 28, Alfredo Rodrigues-Lagares, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with DWAI and unauthorized lights.

¯ On March 1, Bryant A. Collins, 49, of Dunkirk was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and disobeying a traffic control device.

¯ On March 1, Joseph A. Rosario, 33, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree obstruction of government administration.

¯ On March 2, Jamar Fountain, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and inadequate muffler.

¯ On March 2, Damary Figueroa, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree assault.

¯ On March 4, Dante N. Ardillo, 19, of Fredonia was charged with second-degree obstruction, unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance, second-degree unlawful possession of a marijuana and violation of park hours.
