¯ MINA — Janae M. Henderson, 23, of Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, moving from lane unsafely and speed in zone. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 2:41 a.m. May 23 in the town of Mina for multiple traffic violations. An investigation found that Jenderson was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. She is scheduled to appear in Mina Town Court later.

¯ FALCONER — Alexander Woleen, 31, of Randolph, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Troopers responded May 31 to the westbound lane of Interstate 86 for a report of a reckless driver who left the interstate at exit 13 after striking a guard rail. The vehicle was located at Phil’s Auto Plaza in Falconer with front-end damage consistent with the accident reported. Woleen was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests and later provided a breath sample of 0.15%. Woleen, who was not injured, is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
¯ Donald Apperson, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Apperson was stopped Tuesday for several traffic violations observed by troopers on Cole Avenue in Jamestown, and while speaking to Apperson, troopers reportedly observed him attempt to conceal evidence of drug use. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed a bag containing heroin, a glass pipe and a dagger. Apperson was transported to police barracks and processed. He is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court later.
¯ Leighann Kuzmunich, 19, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Kuzmunich was stopped May 31 for a seatbelt violation on Forest Avenue in Jamestown and was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests. She was found to be under the influence of cannabis following an investigation. Kuzmunich is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court later.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Marisol Mendez, 47, of Dunkirk, was charged with criminal mischief. Officers responded May 24 to Clark Street for a reported domestic dispute. It was learned that Mendez allegedly damaged a vehicle by throwing a rock. She turned herself into police Wednesday, and is scheduled to appear in Westfield Village Court later.
