¯ STOCKTON — Rudy Ryen, 45, of Sinclairville, was charged with driving while ability impaired with drugs and alcohol, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies were calledt at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday to a crash on Stockton-Hartfield Road in the town of Stockton. A vehicle was located in the ditch and the driver identified as Ryen. An investigation found that Ryen was allegedly driving while intoxicated and in possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court later. No injuries were reported.
