CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
— FORESTVILLE — Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department responded to an address in the town of Hanover around 3 p.m. Friday for a report of an altercation. After an investigation it was found that Daniel Baez, 24, of Forestville, engaged in a physical altercation with another person.
Baez was charged with two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree harassment, and criminal obstruction of breath or blood circulation.
He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for the Centralized Arraignment Program, and will answer to his charges on a later date and time in the Town of Hanover Court.
— SHERIDAN — At approximately 11:31 p.m. Friday, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies responded to an altercation. After an investigation Ashley J. Gambino, 29, of Silver Creek was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Gambino was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
— STOCKTON — A town man wanted on a charge of first-degree sexual assault was picked up by Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies on Saturday.
At about 8 a.m., Joshua J Dash was located at a Dean Road residence. Dash, 41, was also wanted for second-degree unlawful imprisonment. Dash was arrested and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned.
