CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ STOCKTON — Thomas A. Rossow, 60, of Sinclairville, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle out of ignition interlock restriction, failure to keep right and unlicensed operator. Deputies responded at 5:54 p.m. Nov. 18 to a two-car crash on Fenner Road in the town of Stockton. An investigation found that Rossow was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state. He is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court later.

¯ STOCKTON — Jacob Frost, 18, of Cassadaga, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speed not reasonable and prudent. Deputies responded at 12:23 a.m. Nov. 19 to a crash on Route 380 in the town of Stockton. An investigation found that Frost was intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ Rebecca Pratt, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with three counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument. Troopers were contacted Nov. 16 by a person who reported there was fraudulent activity on their bank account. An investigation revealed that three of the person’s checks totaling $700 had been made out to and cashed by Pratt. Pratt is scheduled to appear in North Harmony Town Court later.

¯ FREDONIA — Austin Harrington, 25, of South Dayton, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Troopers stopped Harrington Nov. 19 on Route 20 in Fredonia for a traffic violation and was taken into custody after allegedly failing field sobriety tests. Harrington was taken to police barracks where he later provided a breath sample of 0.15%. Harrington is scheduled to appear in Pomfret Town Court later.

¯ RANDOLPH — Jeremy Baker, 42, of Kennedy, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Troopers on Sunday received a report of a vehicle off Route 394 in Randolph. Baker was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests and later provided a breath sample of 0.19%. Baker is scheduled to appear in Randolph Town Court later.

WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Keith W. Wilson, 55, of Buffalo, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving across hazard markings and no stopping/standing/parking on highway. Officers stopped a vehicle at 6:36 p.m. Saturday on Hawley Street for a traffic violation. The driver and a passenger admitted to consuming alcohol. Wilson was transported to the police station after reportedly failing field sobriety tests. He was later released with appearance tickets.
