¯ Alex Ippolito, 28, of Fredonia was arrested Nov.18 and charged with resisting arrest.

¯ Dakota Wilson, 23, of Fredonia was arrested Nov. 18 on a bench warrant.

¯ Derek Wojciechowski, 21, of Lakeview, was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with an open container violation.

¯ Dylan Pieszak, 27, of Fredonia, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Vanessa Braun, 40, of Jamestown, was arrested Nov. 20 on a bench warrant.

¯ Samuel Baez, 19, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense), operating a motor vehicle with .08 percent or more blood alcohol content, and aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Sanuel Cettell, 41, of Westfield, was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with trespassing.

¯ Gary Ortolano, 59, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 24 on a bench warrant.

¯ Messiak Gonzalez, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 24 and charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny.

¯ Danielle Braun, 35, of Jamestown, was arrested Nov. 24 on a bench warrant.

¯ Jose Santiago, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested Wednesday and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Amanda John, 43, of Gowanda, was arrested Thursday and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Julio Torres, 49, of Dunkirk, was arrested Thursday and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Raymond Rodriguez, 48, of Dunkirk, was arrested Thursday and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Holly Mooney, 32, no address listed, was arrested Saturday and charged with criminal trespass.

¯ Alexa Mercado, 27, of Jamestown, was arrested Sunday and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office

¯ MINA — Terry C. Woollett, 62, of Westfield, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and driving left of pavement marking. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 10:21 p.m. Saturday on Route 426 in the town of Mina. An investigation found that Woollett was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Woollett is scheduled to appear in Mina Town Court later.

¯ RIPLEY — A Westfield man is facing charges following a crash Friday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office announced.

Deputies were alerted around 6 a.m. for a crash in which a vehicle struck a utility pole on Route 20 in the town of Ripley. Upon arrival it was learned that the driver of the vehicle had fled after the collision.

The driver was later identified as 30-year-old Ronald W. Swan III, who was located outside a nearby residence.

An investigation found that Swan was intoxicated. He was processed at the Westfield Police Department and scheduled to appear in Ripley Town Court later on charges of driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and moving from lane unsafely.

SILVER CREEK — A Silver Creek man is facing charges after allegedly violating an order of protection.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies and state troopers responded to an altercation around 8:30 p.m. Saturday on Burgess Street in the Village of Silver Creek. Further investigation found that, Michael J. Oatman, 41, allegedly got into a physical altercation with a protected individual. He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circualtion, two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

He was was taken to the county jail for arraignment, and will answer his charges in Town of Hanover Court on a later date.

Chautauqua County Court

¯ Ryan Triana, 45, was sentenced Monday by Chautauqua County Court Judge David Foley to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty to a third-degree burglary charge. The plea is the result of an incident that occurred in 2016 in the village of Westfield, the District Attorney’s Office announced.
