NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ FALCONER — Larissa Pavlock, 23, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and petit larceny. Troopers in December received a report of a larceny at Levant Wesleyan Church in Falconer. It was reported that on at least two different occasions, a subject removed multiple bags of clothing from the donation bin on the church property. Through video surveillance and interviews the suspect was identified as Pavlock, who was issued tickets to appear in Poland Town Court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ HARMONY — Marc A. Vogel, 27, of Wattsburg, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of 0.08% or greater, moving from lane unsafely and speed not reasonable or prudent. Deputies responded at 7:50 p.m. Monday to Route 474 in the town of Harmony for a property damage crash. An investigation found that Vogel was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Harmony Town Court later.

GOWANDA POLICE

¯ GOWANDA — Martin Crouse, 54 of Farnham, was charged with having an expired inspection, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and unlicensed operation on Jan. 2. At 1:30 a.m., Crouse was stopped by patrol for operating a vehicle with an inspection that expired on Oct. 31. During the stop, a DMV computer check revealed that Crouse’s license was suspended on Aug. 13 for an insurance lapse, and was also expired. Crouse was arrested on all three charges and was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Collins Court.

DUNKIRK POLICE

¯ Julio Torres, 49, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 4 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, no plate lamps and obstructed driver’s view.

¯ Samantha Coleman, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 4 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and resisting arrest.

¯ Clarence Williams 3rd, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Aaron Spencer, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with third-degree assault.

¯ Annette Dodson, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with third-degree assault.

¯ Tyler Jaynes, 32, of Cherry Creek, was arrested Tuesday and charged with third-degree criminal trespass.
