¯Hector Quinones, 59, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 18 and charged with second-degree menacing.

¯Ciara Buchanan, 28, no address given, was arrested March 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated (blood alcohol content .08% or more), consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle and moving from lane unsafely.

¯Christopher Cancel-Vazquez, 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 20 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating with suspended registration, operating without insurance, insufficient turn signal and visibly distorted broken glass.

¯Chance McGuire, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 21 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate headlamp.

¯Erick Threatt, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 22 and charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and resisting arrest.

¯Keishla Rivera-Perez, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 24 and charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

¯Larimey Gilbert, 36, of Gerry, was arrested March 25 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, disobeying a traffic device, obstructed view and unlicensed operation.

¯Kevin Couchman, 35, of Stockton, was arrested March 25 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a stimulant with intent to sell, fourth-degree criminal possession of a stimulant, two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unregistered motor vehicle.

¯Daniel Hornburg, 41, of Stockton, was arrested March 25 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a stimulant with intent to sell, fourth-degree criminal possession of a stimulant, two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

GOWANDA

POLICE

¯GOWANDA — Dennis Mitchell, 33 of Gowanda, was charged with reckless operation, third-degree criminal mischief, failing to use a turn signal, driving while intoxicated, and consuming alcohol in a cehicle following an incident on March 17. At nearly 1:30 a.m., patrol received a complaint that Mitchell was doing doughnuts and driving recklessly on the grass of Gateway Park, causing substantial damage to the lawn. Mitchell was located on East Main Street and was stopped after failing to use a turn signal when turning from Mechanic Street.

During the stop, Mitchell exhibited signs of intoxication and failed several sobriety checks. Patrol also observed an open can of beer in the console next to Mitchell. A chemical breath test showed that Miller had a BAC of 0.16. Miller was released on an appearance ticket for town of Collins Court.
