CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ MAYVILLE — Matthew W. Buck, 30, of Mayville, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated-child in vehicle and driving while ability impaired. Deputies responded at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday to a vehicle complaint on West Lake Road in the village of Mayville. An investigation found that Buck was allegedly operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs and while there was a child in the vehicle. Buck is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court later.

DUNKIRK POLICE

¯ Milazy Negron, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 15 and charged with unreasonable noise – house.

¯ Mariela Luna, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 15 and charged with unreasonable noise – house.

¯ Luis Aviles, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 19 and charged with inadequate or no muffler and operating in violation of license restrictions.

¯ Natasha Feliciano, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Wednesday and charged with second-degree obstruction of government administration.
