¯ FORESTVILLE — Kyle J. Magierski, 26, of Collins, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and failure to keep right. Deputies were called to a crash at 12:46 a.m. Sunday in Forestville. An investigation found that Magierski was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.

¯ FREWSBURG — Mark A. Kyler, 54, of Frewsburg, was charged with failure to maintain lane, leaving the scene of a property damage crash, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level of more than 0.08%. Kyler was stopped at 2:38 p.m. Tuesday on Ivory Road after he allegedly sideswiped a parked sheriff’s vehicle on West Main Street in Frewsburg and continued driving. An investigation found that Kyler was intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Carroll Town Court later. No injuries were reported.
