CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ WESTFIELD — Meaghan A. McBride, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with false personation. Nichodemious N. Tuttle, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree aggravated operation and unlicensed operator. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 6:08 p.m. Sunday in the town of Westfield that was reported stolen from Jamestown. The driver was identified as Tuttle while the passenger reportedly gave a false name but was later identified as McBride. Both were issued tickets to appear in Westfield Town Court later.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Robert Wardell Jr., no age or address listed, was arrested May 3 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, uninspected motor vehicle and insufficient signal.

¯ Nicholas Pacos, no age or address listed, was arrested May 4 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree criminal impersonation, unlicensed motor vehicle and insufficient signal.

¯ Jodi Messere, 42, no address listed, was arrested May 5 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

FREDONIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Sherrie Sinclaire-Lelonek, 58, of Stockton, was arrested April 20 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ David Robinson, 34, of Buffalo, was arrested April 22 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Lindsey Schmitz, 31, of Jamestown, was arrested April 22 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Kevin Dejesus-Rivera, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 23 on a bench warrant.

¯ Jesse Wohnhas, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 23 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. He was also arrested Saturday, and charged with the same offense.

¯ Tristan Mink, 25, of Fredonia, was arrested April 25 and charged with harassment.

¯ Joshua VanBuskirk, 30, of Forestville, was arrested April 29 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Joseph Dimaio, 20, of Jamestown, was arrested April 30 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and an open container law violation.

¯ Megan Kibby, 19, of Fredonia, was arrested April 30 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Erin Ekstrom, 39, of Kennedy, was arrested May 1 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Christian Ayala-Gonzalez, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 2 on a bench warrant.

¯ Casey Crane, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 4 and charged with trespass.
