CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ MAYVILLE — David R. Ralph, 33, of Mayville, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speed in zone. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 12:21 a.m. Thursday on Route 394 in the village of Mayville. An investigation found that Ralph was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ SHERIDAN — Joshua D. Heimerl, 26, of Angola, and Dakota S. Sugg, 27, of Dunkirk, were each charged with third-degree burglary. An investigation found that Heimerl and Sugg allegedly entered a shed at a Sheridan residence and took a dirt bike later located by police in Dunkirk. Both were scheduled to answer the charges in Sheridan Town Court.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ CONEWANGO — Cory A. Heyl, 34, of Kennedy, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI per se, failure to keep right, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on highway and operator leaves scene of property damage accident. An investigation found that Heyl allegedly left the scene of an accident Monday on Cowens Corners in Conewango. He is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ COLD SPRING — Bonnie S. Slater, 61, and Jamie Camacho Jr., 62, both of Cold Spring, were each charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Deputies responded at 9:39 a.m. Monday to West Perimeter Road for a report of a suspicious vehicle. An investigation found that Slater and Camacho were allegedly in possession of a controlled substance that tested positive for methamphetamines. Both are scheduled to appear in court later.
