¯ Kalin Hakes, 27, of Gowanda was charged with inspection violation and driving while intoxicated. At about 10 p.m. July 5, patrol received a report that a vehicle operated by Hakes was being operated erratically. Patrol observed the vehicle and noted it had no inspection sticker. Hake reportedly showed signs of intoxication and he also failed several sobriety checks. Hakes is scheduled to appear in Collins Town Court later.

¯ Kayla Issac, 27, of Gowanda, was charged with tail lamp violation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Just after midnight on July 9, Issac was operating a vehicle stopped by patrol for having no tail lamps. During the stop, it was found that Issac’s license had been suspended a couple times in 2021, one for driving while impaired by alcohol and the other for failing to pay driver’s responsibility. Patrol was also notified of an active warrant for Issac’s arrest from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department. Issac was released with tickets to appear in Collins Town Court, and then turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

¯ Cedric Cobb, 36, of Buffalo, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Cobb was appearing in Persia Town Court on July 12 for a previous arrest by the Gowanda Police Department. During the appearance, Cobb became unruly and verbally argumentative, refusing the judge’s directions and orders. Cobb attempted to exit the court in violation of the judge’s orders. Cobb was stopped by patrol, at which time he pushed the officer. Cobb was detained and returned to the court for processing of his court case. Cobb is scheduled to appear in court again on the new charges.

¯ Brandi Pasucci, 39, of Olean, was taken into custody July 1 on an arrest warrant. Pasucci was operating a vehicle stopped by patrol for a traffic light violation. During the stop, patrol was notified of an active warrant for Pasucci’s arrest from the Erie County Sheriff Department. Pasucci was turned over to Erie County to process the warrant.
