CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SINCLAIRVILLE — Zachary A. Miller, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Lisa Tibbetts, 45, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, uninspected motor vehicle and side windows non-transparent. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 11:58 p.m. Wednesday on Jamestown Street in the village of Sinclairville. The operator, identified as Tibbetts, was found to be driving on a suspended license. Miller, a passenger, was allegedly found in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. Both are scheduled to appear in Charlotte Town Court later.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kaelyn Hayward, 18, of Sinclairville was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree harassment, and endangering the welfare of a child.

¯ Justo Gonzalez, 60, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and single counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Dylan Foster, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to signal.

¯ Luis Rivera Hernandez, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

¯ Melinda King, 23, homeless, was arrested Saturday and charged with two counts of petit larceny.

¯ Randy Hilliker, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested Wednesday and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree criminal impersonation, and insufficient tail lamps.
