DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Larry Casey, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 16 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
¯ Heather Krull, 38, no address listed, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Gary Miller, 63, of Dunkirk, was arrested Saturday and charged with third-degree obscenity.
¯ Noel Dominguez, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
