CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ GERRY — Nicholas Backer, 33, of Gerry, was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Deputies responded Thursday for a reported disturbance in the town of Gerry. An investsigation found that Backer allegedly interfered with an investigation. He was transported to jail and is scheduled to appear in court later.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Donald C. Fiebelkorn, 51, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Fiebelkorn was reportedly seen not scanning items at the self checkout line at Walmart during previous visits to the store. Loss prevention personnel saw Fiebelkorn return Thursday, and he again was seen not scanning items before leaving. Fiebelkorn was later issued a ticket and he is scheduled to appear in court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Billy Heilman, 37, of Panama, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Sean D. DeWitt, 33, of Franklinville, N.Y., was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers at 4:54 p.m. Thursday stopped a vehicle on Baker Street for several traffic violations. Heilman was the driver and DeWitt was identified as the passenger. Both were allegedly found with a quantity of methamphetamine. Heilman was later found with 28.6 grams of methamphetamine. DeWitt was later found with a quantity of fentanyl and unprescribed methadone. Both were held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
¯ Sandra Pavlock, 43, of Jamestown, was charged with third-, fourth-, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and first-degree criminal nuisance. Larissa Pavlock, 24, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal nuisance and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Dontrel T. Buchanan, 20; Robin Hadley, 20; Savannah Gross, 30; and David Lindsay Sr., 34, all of Jamestown, were each charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers executed a search warrant at 1:10 p.m. Thursday at a lower apartment at 47 Charles St. A search turned up 10 grams of fentanyl, methamphetamine, packaging materials, scales, and cash.
¯ Heather Keeler, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a child. A narcotics investigation led to the execution of a search warrant Friday morning at 284 Broadhead Ave. Two adults and three children were located inside. Detectives conducted a search and located a quantity of fentanyl, methamphetamine, packaging materials, scales and cash. Keeler was transported to Jamestown City Jail.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Henry Butts Jr., 61, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Erica Whitfield, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with criminal mischief.
¯ Jose LaFontaine-Colon, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested again on Feb. 7 and charged a second time with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Caitlyn Reardon, 21, homeless, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
¯ Jose Pacheco, 25, no address listed, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
¯ Todd Donato, 47, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
¯ John Noel 3rd, 50, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
¯Peter Galardo, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.
¯ Kentrell Stewart, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Timothy Will, no age or address listed, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia and two traffic violations.
¯ Juan Ortiz, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Kristian Wright, 22, of Sinclairville, was arrested Thursday and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Noel Dominguez Jr., 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested Friday and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree assault.
