CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ SILVER CREEK — Tyler G. Crouse, 31, of Silver Creek, was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. An investigation found that Crouse allegedly violated two court orders by possession firearms. Crouse was taken into custody Saturday wihtout incident.
¯ Dwayne Smith, 54, of Kennedy, was charged with second-degree harassment. On March 27, Smith allegedly engaged in a harassing course of conduct and made threats against another party. He is scheduled to appear in Poland Town Court later.
¯ STOCKTON — Zachary D. Card, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and failure to keep right. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 6:54 p.m. March 28 for a traffic violation on Route 60 in the town of Stockton. An investigation found that Card was allegedly driving while ability impaired by drugs. He is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court later.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Sonia Mosley, 35, homeless, was arrested March 21 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
¯ Angel Ramos, 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 23 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Sheltear Brown, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 23 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Noel Dominguez Jr., 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 23 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
¯ Marie Dominguez-Gill, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 25 and charged with false personation, unlicensed operator, failure to comply, improper or no signal, no or inadequate tail lamps and no or inadequate lights.
¯ Devon Wilson, 29, of Fredonia, was arrested March 27 and charged with criminal mischief and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
