CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

HANOVER — A verbal altercation has landed two individuals into further trouble with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department.

Deputies report around 7:14 a.m. May 17, they were dispatched to a residence on Angell Road. Upon further investigation it was determined that Christopher Shanks, 25, and Alexandria Roberto, 19, were in possession of psychedelic mushrooms. Shanks and Roberto were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both are to be in court later.

FRDONIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Melissa Edington, 34, of Lakewood, was arrested April 15 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny.

¯ Markus Jonansson, 21, of Youngstown, was arrested April 16 and charged with disorderly conduct.

¯ Nicholas Carlson, 20, of Fredonia, was arrested April 16 and charged with disorderly conduct.

¯ Nathan Rivera, 21, of Dunkirk was arrested April 16 and charged with second-degree assault, second-degree harassment and criminal trespass.

¯ Thomas Dawson, 22, of Selden, was arrested April 16 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

¯ Christine Nowak, 66, of Fredonia, was arrested April 19 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Christina Beach, 45, of Fredonia, was arrested April 19 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Amber White, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 22 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Reginald Coaxum, 42, of Fredonia, was arrested April 23 and charged with aggravated family offense, criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal contempt and harassment.

¯ Christopher Smith, 18, of Fredonia, was arrested April 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with blood alcohol content .08% or greater.

¯ Lindsey Trautman, 30, of Fredonia, was arrested April 28 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Cassandra Jackson, 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 30 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

¯ Corey Winans, 33, of Fredonia, was arrested April 30 and charged with trespass.

¯ Douglas Jaffray, 69, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with blood alcohol content .08% or greater.
