Police list arrests during Non-Fred Fest

A list of people arrested and charged at Non-Fred Fest was released by the Fredonia Police Department Monday.

The most prominent arrest is not named. Chief David Price announced Friday a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon in the stabbings of two people.

Two people were arrested for driving while intoxicated on Friday, May 5, the first day of Non-Fred Fest. Joshua McFarland, 37, of Fredonia and Thomas Strauser, 33, of Fredonia each face charges of DWI and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08% or higher.

There were seven disorderly conduct arrests. Connor Heer, 29, of West Seneca; Jack Zola, 18, of Dunkirk; Malik Shepherd, 19, of the Bronx; Jacob Hoak, 19, of Hamburg; Jonathan Alicea-Bonilla, 24, of Dunkirk; Richard Sprague, 20, of Ripley; and Raziel Pearl, 23, of Fredonia all face “discon” charges from the May 5-7 Non- Fred Fest weekend.

Zola also faces underage possession of alcohol and open container law violation charges. Shepherd was additionally charged with underage possession of alcohol.

One arrest for harassment was made on Sunday, May 7: Robert Burau, 50, of Fredonia.

¯ Craig Fitzgerald, 19, of Orchard Park, open container violation and underage possession of alcohol on May 6.

¯ Ethan Bildy, 18, of West Seneca, open container violation and underage possession of alcohol on May 6.

¯ Trevor Smith, 22, of Yorkshire, open container violation on May 6.

¯ Anderson Smith, 19, of Hamburg, underage possession of alcohol and open container violation on May 6.

¯ Deven Wistner, 22, of Williamsville, open container violation on May 6.

¯ Mary Zells, 22, of Williamsville, open container violation on May 6.

¯ Noah Seskin, 21, of Commack, open container violation on May 6.

¯ Logan Garza, 18, of Pittsburgh, open container violation on May 6.

¯ Katelyn Collins, 24, of East Amherst, open container violation on May 6.

¯ Jonathan Tur, 24, of Keronkson, open container violation on May 6.
